This overload of the GetEntAttrs() method retrieves a specified entity attribute for the specified entity from the database.

entId: Required. Holds the ID of the entity for which the attribute is being retrieved.
attrId: Required. Holds the ID of the attribute ID that is being retrieved.

Returns a DataRow containing the specified entity attribute's data if it exists; otherwise, returns null.
