The PopUpAddAssignSNoDlgWithItemID() method opens a new Add/Assign Serial Number dialog. This overload of the method includes the item ID to filter ????, and an operation ID parameter to define the default value for the Operation drop-down.

_itemID
Required. Holds the item ID ???
_operID
Optional. Holds the ID of the operation ???

Returns true if a serial number is added or assigned, or false if the user cancels the dialog.
