The GetStringFromConfigFile() method retrieves the entry from the configuration file that is specified by the configKey parameter.

configKey: Required. Holds the key of the required configuration parameter.

Returns the configuration file entry as a string, if it exists. Otherwise, returns an empty string if it is not defined in the file.
