The UtilReasonGroup() method is the constructor for a new utilization reason group.

This overload of the constructor loads the specified utilization reason group's data from the database, given its Reas_Grp_Id, and then initializes this instance.

Parameters

reasGrpId
Required. Holds the ID of the utilization reason group to be represented by this instance.
