The FormatUser() method returns a string for the user specified by an ID and description. The string is formatted according to the user display system parameter. This string is used to display the user information.

Parameters

userID
Required. Holds the ID of the user for whom the string is being formatted.
userDesc
Required. Holds the description of the user for whom the string is being formatted.
