Software requirements for connectors

On the host where the connector is installed, the following versions of related software are required:

• Operating system: See the connector Release Notes for compatible operating systems on the Customer Portal.

• Web browser

  • HTML5-compliant web browser for access to the PI Connector Administration site. The following browser is supported (in desktop mode only):

    • Google Chrome version 80 or later

Connectors also require the following versions of related software, which can be installed on other hosts:

• PI System

  • Data Archive 2018 SP3 Patch 1 or later

  • PI AF server 2018 Patch 2 or later
