To let those without PI DataLink view the last data saved in the workbook, set the Excel Workbook Calculation option to Manual before you save a workbook.

Select the File tab and select Options.

In the Excel Options window, select Formulas.

Under Calculation options, set Workbook Calculation to Manual, and then select OK.
