Installing PI DataLink

  1. Run the PI DataLink installation executable (AVEVA-PI-DataLink_<VersionNumber>.exe).

  2. Follow the installation wizard.

  3. Review the components that will be installed.

  4. Click OK to complete the installation.

Uninstalling PI DataLink

Uninstall the following from Add/Remove Programs:

  • PI DataLink 2023 SP1 (x64)

  • PI DataLink 2023 SP1 (x86)

  • PI AF Client 2024

    Note: Do not remove PI AF Client unless you are trying to uninstall everything PI-related from your computer.
