Install website and service

nstall Website and Service to facilitate access to SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) incident management portal.

To install Website and Service:

  1. Copy the IMSOP_Website folder from Deliverables\Installfiles\Products\SOP to C:\inetpub\wwwroot.

  2. Open IIS.

  3. Right-click Sites and then select Add Website.

  4. Enter the site same as IMSOP_Website.

  5. In the physical path section, go to C:\inetpub\wwwroot, select IMSOP_Website and select ok.

  6. Select Connect as and select Specific user.

  7. Enter Username and Password of the local admin account and then select OK.

    Important: Select Test Settings and verify that both Authentication and Authorization are valid and have green check mark.

  8. Enter the IP Address of the computer and Port as 8091 (or any available port).

  9. Select OK.

  10. Expand the Sites menu.

  11. In the IMSOP_Website node in the left pane, right-click IMSOP_WebService.

  12. Select Convert to Application.

  13. In the Add Application dialog box, select Connect as.

  14. Enter credentials of the local admin account and select OK.

  15. Select Test settings to verify the green check marks and then select Close.

    The Website and Service installation is complete.
