Configure the Web API activity

To configure the Web API activity:

  1. Go to workflows and open Automated Workflow.

  2. If workflows are in Published state, Unpublish them in the Enterprise Console.

  3. Open the Citysystem_StartSOP workflow.

  4. Right-click Update SP trigger attribute, and then select Activity Properties.

  5. Select Attribute Operation and add the user by providing the user name and password for authenticating the user.

  6. Right-click the third activity in the flowsheet and then select Activity Properties.

    The third activity in the flowsheet is the Web API activity.

  7. In the Activity Properties pane, select Configure Web API.

    The Web API Activity Configuration dialog box appears.

  8. Select the impersonation user from the drop-down list.

  9. Select Save and then publish the workflow.

  10. Repeat step 1 to step 5 for all the workflows in which the Web API activity exists.

    • EscalationNotification

    • SaveAndNotify

      The workflows are successfully configured.
