Create an Impersonation User

To create an impersonation user:

Go to Settings and select Impersonation User.
This impersonation user should be the local administrator who is a part of the SOPAppUsers group and has access to SOP Webservice.

Select New.
The New Impersonation user dialog box appears.

Enter the Display Name, Account Name and Password and then select Save.
The impersonation user is successfully created.
