Edit data point (event)

You can edit the values for any existing data point (referred to in the UI as an event).

1. In the left pane, select Data Management > Sequential Data Store.

2. Select the stream to edit a data point for and choose View Data.

   Tip: Use Search queries to find your stream.

3. Edit Query Type and its options to display the data point that you want to edit.

   For more information on editing the query type, see Edit query type.

4. Choose the data point that you want to edit and select the Edit icon.

5. Enter or select a value for each data type value.

   For enumerated data types, values map to the friendly name rather than an integer.

6. Select Save.

   The stream data point is edited.
