Configure Layers

To configure layers:

1. Select the Toolbox tab and locate the GISMapApp from the list of controls and graphics.

   ...\UOC Content Library\4.Apps\OMI Apps\GISMapApp.

2. Double click the imported app to open the editor.

3. By default, OSM layer is configured by the App.

   

4. Optionally, you can add additional layers. To do so, follow the steps below:

   1. Select Overlays or Basemaps layers.

   2. Select Add Layer to add a new layer.

   3. Enter the title of the layer.

   4. Select a type of layer.

   5. Configure the layer.

      1. Select to enable additional configurable options.

         

      For more information on configuring each type of layers, refer Layers.

   6. Select to save the layer.

      The new layer is available on the map preview on the right.

5. Save the configuration of the GISMapApp (top-left button of the GISMapEditor).

   Note: As an example, create the Esri layers. This is required for next sections.
