Configure GISMap control

To add the GISMap control to a ViewApp or Layout, select the control from the Toolbox tab and drag and drop it on a layout pane.
Note: Ensure to configure the layers before placing a GISMap control on a layout pane.
To configure GISMapApp control:

Open the Layout Editor or ViewApp Editor.

Select the Toolbox tab and locate the GISMapApp from the list of controls and graphics.

Select GISMapApp from the list of AVEVA OMI apps. This displays the GISMapControl graphic under the Toolbox list of graphics and apps.

Drag and drop the GISMapControl thumbnail on a pane of a layout.

Select the GISMapControl thumbnail within the pane and select the Properties grid to show the properties related to the app.

Optionally, you can assign value to each property. After specifying values, save your changes in the Layout Editor or ViewApp Editor.

Deploy your view app.

Launch OMI or OMI Web to verify if the functionality of the GISMapApp on ViewApp.
