Configure Microsoft Entra ID as an identity provider

You can configure AVEVA Identity Manager (AIM) to use Microsoft Entra ID as an external identity provider. With Microsoft Entra ID configured as the identity provider, you can use Microsoft-managed web credentials to sign in to AIM.

Before you use Microsoft Entra ID with AIM, you must register the AIM server as a Microsoft Entra ID application and complete the required configuration.
