Troubleshooting CONNECT configuration

If you attempt to configure CONNECT as a Federated Identity Provider in the Configurator but you do not have Application Manager permission in CONNECT, the login will fail. This is the expected behavior.

If a different user with sufficient permissions attempts to configure CONNECT without first closing the Configurator, the login will again fail and will display a non-interactive dialog. You will also find errors in the Configurator that configuration has failed to register CONNECT Identity Provider.

Connect login error

If this error occurs, please restart the Configurator, and reconfigure the Federated Identity Providers plugin.
