Troubleshooting CONNECT configuration

If you attempt to configure CONNECT as a Federated Identity Provider in the Configurator without Application Manager permission in CONNECT, the login fails. This behavior is expected.

If another user with the required permissions attempts to configure CONNECT without first closing the Configurator, the login also fails and a non‑interactive dialog appears. The Configurator displays errors indicating that the registration of the CONNECT Identity Provider failed.

Connect login error

If this error occurs, restart the Configurator and then reconfigure the Federated Identity Providers plugin.
