Change federated Identity manager account

To change the account that the identity manager is federated with:

  1. In the Configurator utility, go to Common Platform, and then select Federated Identity Provider.

  2. Under Identity Provider, select None.

  3. Select Configure.

  4. Restart the Configurator.

  5. After restarting the Configurator, go to Common Platform, and then select Federated Identity Provider.

  6. Under Identity Provider, select CONNECT, and then select Configure.

  7. In the CONNECT sign-in window, enter your CONNECT user credentials (email and password).

  8. Select the CONNECT account name that you want to federate with.

  9. Select Next to complete the authentication process.

  10. On successful configuration,the Configuration completed message is displayed in the Configuration Messages area.
