Configure Federated Single Sign-On (SSO) with CONNECT

The Identity Manager component of the PCS Framework, available on the System Management Server (SMS) and Redundant SSO (RSSO) machines, supports federated sign in with CONNECT. With federated sign in enabled, users enter the email address associated with their CONNECT account on the Identity Manager sign‑in page and are redirected to CONNECT to authenticate.

After you configure a federated identity provider on the System Management Server, you must apply the same configuration to all RSSO machines. When you configure CONNECT as the federated identity provider, ensure the same CONNECT account name is configured on all servers.

Note: To configure a federated identity connection, you must have Administrator or Application Manager access to the CONNECT account.
