Through CONNECT

Login to AIM through CONNECT

  1. In the Configurator utility, navigate to Common Platform>Federated Identity Provider.

  2. Under Identity Provider, select CONNECT.

  3. Select Configure.

  4. If prompted, select the CONNECT account name that you want to federate with.

  5. In the CONNECT window pop-up, enter your CONNECT user credentials (email and password).

  6. Select Next to complete the authentication process during configuration.

    On successful configuration, "Configuration completed" message is displayed in Configuration Messages area.

    Note: You are required to have admin credentials to login to CONNECT. 

  7. Enter their email address that is registered with an CONNECT account to login to AIM.

  8. After the registration process is complete, in the Identity Provider field, the CONNECT account name is displayed in brackets after CONNECT.
