Reshaping Polyline and Polygon Objects

You can adjust the shapes of polylines and polygons.

To reshape a polyline or polygon

1. Select the object.

2. Do one of the following.

   • On the Animation menu, in the Object group, click Reshape to view all reshape options.

   • Right-click the object and click Reshape Object..

     Each shape definition point becomes a handle.

3. Drag a handle to reshape.

To add a point to a polygon

4. Select the object.

5. Do one of the following.

   • On the Animation menu, in the Object group, click the arrow to display the hidden commands, and then click Add Point.

   • Right-click the object and click Add Point.

6. Click on an edge of the polygon, then drag the point to change the shape of the polygon.

To delete a point from a polygon

7. Select the object.

8. Do one of the following.

   • On the Animation menu, in the Object group, click the arrow to display the hidden commands, and then click Delete Point.

   • Right-click the object and Delete Point.

9. Click on a point of the polygon, the point is deleted and the shape of the polygon changes.
