You can start the IDE from the Windows Start menu.

Starting the IDE from the Start Menu

The following procedure shows the steps to start the IDE from a computer running Microsoft Windows 7 and later versions of Windows.

To start the IDE from the Windows Start Menu

  1. From the Start menu, go to the AVEVA System Platform folder, and then select System Platform IDE.
