You must install both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the ODBC driver.
Note: All versions of CygNet COM libraries prior to 9.8 must be unregistered before installation.
-
Start the CygNet Installer/Launcher.
-
In the CygNet Domain Connection window, enter the Domain ID or select one from the drop-down menu.
-
Enter the IP Address or Host and click Connect to Address > OK.
Note: You can use the CygNet Domain Administration Utility (CygConn.exe) to verify connectivity to the Address Resolution Service (ARS). Ensure the verification is done under the same credentials used to run the connector.
-
In the CygNet Installer/Launcher window, from the CLIENTS folder install CygNet Explorer.
-
From the SUPPORT folder, install both CygNet ODBC Driver and CygNet ODBC Driver - 64-bit.

-
Open a command prompt and change the directory to C:\CygNet\SUPPORT64.
This is the typical location of the DLL files.
