Version 2.2.0.10 and earlier: Location5 = 120
Version 3.0.1.0 and later: Location5 = 20
Add the value FREEZE to the InstrumentTag as shown in the following freeze request points.
Version 2.2.0.10 and earlier: InstrumentTag is blank
Version 3.0.1.0 and later: InstrumentTag = FREEZE
