Counter freeze point (input)

When defining an input tag to be used in freezing and/or clearing all counters, the following attributes must be defined

Point: Freeze_All_Tags

Location1 = ID

Location2 = Don't Care

Location3 = DNP Slave Address

Location4 = Scanclass (cannot be an event scanclass. Zero if unsolicited.

Location5 = 20

InstrumentTag = FREEZE

UserInt1 = -1 See Sample PI Point configuration section.

UserInt2 = type of freeze being requested. See Sample PI Point configuration section.

DigitalSet = DNP_FreezeCodes

PointType = Digital
