Java Runtime

PI SQL Client JDBC requires Java Runtime (JRE) 8 to 17. You can install PI SQL Client JDBC on any operating system that supports one of the required Java Runtimes. See Tested PI SQL Client JDBC scenarios for a list of tested operating systems.

Server Platforms

This release supports connections to PI Server 2018 SP2 and later when PI SQL Data Access Server (RTQP Engine) is installed and running on the server.
