Install PI SQL Client JDBC using the archive file

OSIsoft recommends installing PI SQL Data Access Server (RTQP Engine) before PI SQL Client. See the PI SQL Data Access Server (RTQP Engine) Administrator Guide for more information.

Install PI SQL Client JDBC using the compressed archive file on Linux, macOS, or Oracle Solaris by performing the following steps.

1. Download the PI SQL Client JDBC archive file.

2. Set up PI SQL Client JDBC on Linux, macOS, or Oracle Solaris.

3. Verify the installation results by reviewing the files installed.

4. Validate the installation using the IPISQL tool.
