Disable products in the Administrator dashboard

You can disable products that your users no longer require. Existing user data related to the disabled product is retained and available when the product is re-enabled.

To disable products

1. Click Back to dashboard if applicable, to return to the dashboard.

2. For any product, select .

3. Confirm the Disable command.

   

   The product is disabled.
