When an administrator uses or manages a VM, the following situations can arise:

An error notification banner appears on the VM pool page. For example, Pool is in an error state and no new VMs can be prepared.
To fix this, check if there are any running sessions. If every session is stopped, check the tenant credit.
A pool error means that VMs cannot be created. Contact the Development team to see what problems are occurring within the VM.

An error session on the status page appears.
If one session is in an error state, contact the development team to find out what problems are occurring within the VM.

A user’s session is in a stopped state.
In the following example, User2's session is stopped.

To fix this, select Restart to restart the session.
