Add an extension to the Chrome web browser

When using a WebBrowser widget in the InTouch Web Client, the external content may not show in the browser's iframe because of X-Frame-Options or content security policy restrictions. The AIG extension provides a pop up window on top of the iframe that shows external content if it cannot be displayed directly in the iframe.

To add the AIG Extension to the Chrome web browser

1. Open the Chrome web browser on the computer that you will use to display web-enabled ViewApps.

2. Display the Google Chrome store in your web browser.

   https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions

3. Enter the phrase "aig chrome" in the Search the store field.

   The page refreshes to show the AIG Chrome Extension in the Extensions area.

   

4. Select the AIG Chrome Extension button to show the detail page of the extension.

   

5. Select the Add to Chrome button to download the extension and install it.
