View Maintenance dashboard

To view Maintenance dashboard, do one of the following:

• From the Navigation menu, select App Home>Maintenance.

• Select Maintenance from the Navigation bar at the bottom of the Main View.

  The Maintenance dashboard opens.

The dashboard displays:

• Status of maintenance activity, open work order, pending request, completed task, total equipment and its status.

• Compliance with regulatory standards, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).

• Total percentage of downtime; top 5 downtime reasons by duration and quantity.

• Spare parts inventory with stock availability and consumption.

• Trends for maintenance data for the year.

• Under Actions, select to view related data on AVEVA Predictive Analytics dashboard, and select to view maintenance reports on Reports dashboard.

• Select any of the Asset Id to view related information on the Asset Information management (AIM) screen.

  Note: To configure AVEVA Asset Information Management, you are required to add your browser link with your username and password.
