View Quality dashboard

To view Quality dashboard, do one of the following:

From the Navigation menu, select App Home>Quality.

Select Quality from the Navigation bar at the bottom of the Main View.
The Quality dashboard opens.

The dashboard displays:

Overall quality/customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction score with segregated feedback.

Compliance with regulatory STD with recall rate and legal rate.

Delivery status within time units and out of time units.

Graphical representation: feedback received, defect/return rate, top five warranty claim products, cost of poor quality, and top five downtime, trends for supplier defect rates for the year.

Hover of the category of Consumer Complaints to view the percentage of complaints received under each category.

Select the product (Milk, Butter, Cheese, Ice Cream, Yogurt, Cream and Spare) to view the details about the rating received by the consumers.

On selecting Personal Health under Business Unit drop down, data for the Top 7 Product's Rating and Top 5 Warranty Claim Product tile changes. For Personal Health, the top products are hair care products, fitness trackers, dietary supplements and fitness equipment.
