PI Interface for DNP3 3​.3

The PI Interface for DNP3 is designed for use in Supervisory Control and Data Access (SCADA) environments, where it functions solely as a master station, sending minimal messages required for data retrieval. The DNP3 Interface retrieves data by polling DNP3-complaint devices using user-defined scan classes, intervals, or by receiving unsolicited data from the DNP3-compliant device. Version 3.3 adds support for OSIsoft Message Format (OMF) health messaging to monitor system performance.
