To get the resource ID or alias, raise a ticket request with AVEVA Cloud DevOps team.

If you are an AVEVA employee, raise a ticket through the JIRA ticketing system.

If you are an external user, raise a request through AVEVA Tech support. Provide the tenant ID or connection string information from your AVEVA BI Gateway model.
