Add users

You can create users who have access to CONNECT.

You can create users for the following roles:

• Datastore - Administrator: A user with the BI Gateway "Datastore - Administrator" role has access to the BI Gateway Model Builder.

• Reporting - Analytics User: Only users/groups with the "Reporting - Analytics User" role can view the reporting database information and later configure a database.

  Note: You must have "Administrator" privileges for the CONNECT account to add users.

After you create a new user, an email is sent to the new user, indicating that the user can now connect to the newly created account. When the user clicks the link, the user is navigated to the CONNECT Account page.
