To notify the AVEVA Cloud DevOps (CDO) team to approve the private endpoint;

Return to the ticket case ID. Reopen the ticket if it is closed.

You can also create a new ticket.

Update the case ID by adding a comment that mentions the private endpoint name.
The comment is forwarded to a CDO member to approve the private endpoint.
Step 5 is receiving the approval from the CDO team. Once approved, you can verify name resolution of the private endpoint.
