IPASSI FNP License Server debug log file (IPASSI​.LOG)

To enhance security, the License Server runs on the Local Service account instead of Local System account, since the former has lower privilege. Because of this, the license server does not have write access to its default install location, C:\Program Files (x86)\IPASSI\FNPXXXX. XXXX refers to the version of the FNP license server. Therefore, the license server debug log file directory is defaulted to C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\SimSci. When reconfiguring the log file folder, please make sure that the license server has write access to the new log file directory.
