Install when a foreign FNP License Server is present

If there is one or more FNP license servers from another vendor but none from AVEVA currently installed on the computer, the administrator can safely install the IPASSI FNP License Server on the computer. This is because FNP servers from different vendors can coexist on the same computer without causing any problem. We recommend that the IPASSI FNP License Server be installed on a unique file system location so that it works independently of any existing FNP servers. Also, the license administrator needs to ensure that no two or more license servers are trying to use the same port for their lmgrd processes.
