Install when an IPASSI FNP License Server is present

If there is an IPASSI FNP license server already installed on the computer, and it is required to continue providing service, the administrator should not install this IPASSI FNP License Server on the computer. The administrator should find another computer that can host the new IPASSI FNP License Server to avoid conflict. This is because only one instance of an FNP license servers from the same vendor can run at a time.

When upgrading an existing license server in production to the latest FNP, the administrator should temporarily stop the production license server to test the new FNP License Server. After the new FNP License Server is working properly, the administrator can continue to uninstall the old license server.
