Start Licensing System

Click Start to start the RMS license server and the RULES server. The status boxes are updated dynamically.
Note:
If the license file contains a large number of features, the RULES server may take
several minutes to start whilst it is waiting for a response from the RMS server.
The ALS is ready to serve licenses when the status of both servers is UP.
Note:
It is not possible to start just one license server.
