Description

The AVEVA License System Console consists of two tabs.

The AVEVA License System Console consists of two tabs, refer to:

• Manage Licenses: allows you to install license files and product entitlements, view individual license files.

• Manage Licensing System: allows you to query the server status, start and stop the license servers, view log files and edit the license server configuration.

The default application installation directory has changed.

The default application installation directory has changed to C:\Program Files (x86)\AVEVA\AVEVA Licensing System, refer to Install License for further information.

The ALS Usage Reporter window allows you to generate an RMS license usage report.

Functionality is available to setup and export an RMS license usage report, refer to Export RMS Usage Report for further information.

AVEVA-Server-HOSTNAME-info.txt file is generated when the AVEVA License System Console is opened for the first time.

By default, a file named AVEVA-Server-HOSTNAME-info.txt is generated when the AVEVA License System Console is opened for the first time, refer to How to generate the ALS Server Locking Criteria? for further information.

Flex Server functionality has been removed.

Flex Server functionality has been removed from the AVEVA Licensing System.
