System Platform 2023 Patch 04 includes updates to the Alarm Client Control and the
OMI AlarmApp.
In the Alarm Client Control, you can now see the Alarm Comment and the Ack Message
separately, even after acknowledging the alarm. The Alarm Comment will not be replaced
by the Ack Message. Under the Column details tab of the Edit Animations window, AlarmMessage and AckMessage checkboxes are added. You can select these checkboxes to view the alarm message and/or
acknowledgement message at runtime.
A similar change was made to the OMI AlarmApp. You can now choose to display the Alarm
Message, the Ack Message, or both. They are not shown by default. To add their columns
to the display, you must select them on the Column Details pane of the Configuration dialog box for the AlarmApp.
