AVEVA System Platform Functional Components

The following figure shows a functional representation of System Platform, which incorporates an architectural framework.

The framework consists of server-side configuration- and deployment related components. In System Platform, these components include a centralized object repository called Galaxy Repository, an integrated development environment, and a database to store historical data.
