New features and enhancements

.NET Version: DataLayer and CrudeSync server installations now require .NET version 6.0 in addition to .NET Core 3.1.

This change is only of interest to administrators managing self-hosted installations of server components. There is no change for end users installing and upgrading AVEVA Unified Supply Chain desktop components.
