Review Model Share Requirements

Supply chain models make use of many shared resources, which may be located in different shares. In order for a user to run a supply chain model, they must have at least read permission to all of the shares used by the supply chain model. If they do not have permission, the supply chain model cannot see the required data and will not run.

When users share their own models, they may unintentionally use shared objects not visible by all users. For example, a user could share a model using feedstocks in the Lake Charles model share to the Training share. Users at the Corsicana refinery could see the model in the Training share, but not run it as they cannot see the feedstocks in the Lake Charles share.

Selecting the model name in the model list shows all the shares required to run the particular model. This can be cross-referenced with the user share permissions (see Edit User Permissions) to understand why particular models will not run for particular users.
