Dynamically create an AFAttribute that is not associated
with an AFBaseElement and has an AFDataReference
configured from the specified PIPoint.

Parameters

The PIPoint used to configure the dynamic attribute.
Remarks
The dynamically created AFAttribute is not associated with an AFBaseElement. A dynamically created AFAttribute cannot be persisted to the server.
The AFDataReference is configured using the specified PIPoint with default settings. Additional configuration settings can be modified by updating the attribute's ConfigString.
