Remarks

This method refreshes the cached information for the PIServer. The cached server time bias accessed in ServerTime is reset and the cached digital state set information accessed using the StateSets collection is refreshed. In addition, the cached Identities, IdentityMappings, and DatabaseSecurities are also refreshed.
