Returns the non-repetition interval for the AFNotificationRule.

Remarks

If this notification rule was created from an AFNotificationRuleTemplate, then the value of this property is defined by the template's NonrepetitionInterval unless it is modified to be different from the template value. If the value is defined by a template, then changing the template's NonrepetitionInterval property will also change the value of this property of the AFNotificationRule.
