The less than relation operator (<) compares its operands to determine
which one is less than the other.

Return Value
Type: BooleanReturns true if the first operand is less than the second, false otherwise.
Remarks
By definition, any object compares greater than null and two null references compare equal to each other.
This method uses the Time Zone's bias from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) to perform the comparison operation. If the bias is equal, a secondary comparison is done on the Name property.
