Returns the interval for resending the notification.

Remarks

If this AFNotificationRule was created from an AFNotificationRuleTemplate, then the value of this property is defined by the template's ResendInterval unless it is modified to be different from the template value. If the value is defined by a template, then changing the template's ResendInterval property will also change the value of this property of the AFNotificationRule.
