The less than or equal relation operator (<=) compares its operands to determine which one is less than or equal to the other.

Return Value

Type: Boolean
Returns true if the first operand is less than or equal to the second, false otherwise.

Remarks

By definition, any object compares greater than null and two null references compare equal to each other.

This method uses the StartTime and EndTime of the objects to perform the comparison operation.
